Remember the video library on the corner? This is it, in digital form. A small server in your building holds Ugandan films, series, news and football replays. Guests pay for a pass by Mobile Money, for 24 hours, a few days, a week or a month, and watch as much as they like on their own phone over your Wi-Fi, with no data used. Hotels and lodges can give it free to every guest.

The bursar sends a request. The parent approves it on MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. The receipt arrives by SMS before they leave the gate.

Every child accounted for, from home to canteen
One wristband or card per pupil. A tap at home, on the shuttle and at the school gate, and the parent's phone knows where their child is.
- Guardian Rail: the shuttle box reads the tap and the GPS zone, so boarding and drop-off are recorded without the driver doing anything. A missed tap raises an alarm to the parent, the school and the driver.
- Safer driving: an alcohol lock on the ignition and a fatigue camera on the dashboard.
- Guardian Pay: the same wristband pays at the canteen from a wallet parents top up by MoMo, with daily spending caps. Trip money is held until the parent approves it.
- On campus: readers at the gate, classroom and dormitory take the roll call automatically, lesson by lesson, and tell parents the moment a child arrives.
